Shipping Information

How much does shipping cost?
Exact shipping costs for your order are always displayed in the order breakdown on the checkout page. Your shipping price depends on multiple criteria, including your shipping address, shipping method and number of items in your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, at this time we do not ship internationally.

What happens if the item was "Returned to Sender"?
If your order has been deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and your tracking number now shows "Returned to Sender," please contact us so we can figure out the best solution for you.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order by (1) Clicking "Track my order" in the shipping confirmation email we sent you, (2) Logging into your account, if you created one at checkout, or (3) Contacting us and we can resend you your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Please check our size guides, product information, and images, as we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless there is a flaw with your item. We are a not-for-profit organization and we dedicate our funds to supporting our cause. If you need a different size or style, we suggest donating the one you have to a friend or family member and purchasing a new correct one for yourself.

What happens if my item is damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us so we can send you a new one.

I just realized I ordered the wrong item, can this be fixed?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to fix your order, but cannot change it once it has been packed.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Also, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Do you accept PayPal or Apply Pay?
Yes. Please select either payment option at checkout.
